About Us - Bliss Legacy

          After 30 plus years of building pole barns in Plant City and beyond; Rick Bliss, who many affectionately called  "The Pole Barn King"  has passed on the Bliss legacy of building quality, affordable structures down to his son Blake.  Tailor-Made Structures, LLC still uses the same construction crews that built barns for the Bliss family for over 25 years!

          George "Blake" Bliss  began his career as a Building Contractor right out of high school, after building barns with his family at a young age. He started out working on the job site learning first-hand from his Dad Rick, how to build quality barns and later became a foreman running a crew.  After a few years in the field, Blake took on more of a consultative role helping customers conceptualize their projects as well as estimating the job costs and overseeing construction. Setting out to live his father's legacy as a building contractor, Blake started Tailor-Made Structures, LLC with his wife Jennifer. They handle every aspect of the build from permitting to completion. After 20+ years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry, Blake will use his expertise to design a structure that is Tailor-Made to fit your life perfectly and within your budget.
